It is our mission at Salon Mariposa to provide our clients with the highest degree of customer service in a professional and comfortable environment. We are committed to performing our crafts to our best ability and continually strive to improve ourselves and our talents. We all enjoy what we do very much and we aim for our clients to be pleased with their experience here as well.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. In the event that a scheduled stylist is unable to work, Salon Mariposa will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. This could result in rescheduling for another day/time or scheduling with another stylist.
Children
We love children, however we would prefer you leave small children at home, unless they are scheduled to receive services. A salon can be a dangerous place for little ones, and we try to provide a relaxing atmosphere for our clients.
Products
As a convenience to our clients, we can special order any product that we do not have on hand. Call at least a week before your appointment and we can have it ready for that appointment or let us know and we can have it ready for your next appointment.
Payment
Salon Mariposa proudly accepts checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note that there is a $35 fee for any returned checks.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide to us via the Internet or in the salon is for Salon Mariposa use only. We will not share/sell your information with anyone.
