Salon COVID Policy

Hello valued friends and clients!

 

Thank you so much for your support during the shelter in place order.  We have missed serving you so much and are thrilled to be open again!

 

We have taken many precautions to protect you and our staff.  We promise to provide our best to keep you informed of all new procedures and what you can expect when you visit our salon.

 

When you arrive at the salon, we will have you call

503-372-9399 or text us at 971-386-6429 so our receptionist or one of our stylists can greet you since our doors are locked to help minimize extra exposure.

Upon confirming your appointment we will ask the following questions:

 

Have you had a cough?

Have you had shortness of breath?

Have you had a fever?

Have you lost our sense of taste or smell?

Or experienced any other symptoms of COVID 19?

Have you been in contact with anyone that is sick?

If you answer yes to any of the questions asked, we will reschedule your appointment.

 

We will check in with your stylists and let them know you have arrived. If the stylist is running behind, you may wait outside or in your car for your appointment.

All clients and staff must wear masks inside the salon.

We will have you sanitize your hands upon entering the salon, fill out a new client card and sign a waiver.

We are recommending clients to purchase a gift card (we have them available to purchase on our online scheduling system) or use a credit card to minimize points of contact.

We are charging a $10 Covid fee to provide PPE, apron changes between clients, additional supplies and to cover the extra time incurred for extra sanitation.  

 

We recommend wearing a mask that hooks over your ears during your appointment.

 

If you are receiving a color service, we recommend wearing a disposable mask.

 

For protection against COVID 19, our stylist will be sanitizing stations between each client and will wear clean gloves and a clean apron with each client.

 

We also have three HEPA air purifiers in our salon.  

 

All touch surfaces are cleaned throughout the day and every night the floors and stations are disinfected.

 

We continue to safely offer our shampoo experience for all of our clients. We would greatly appreciate it if you came with clean dry hair to your appointment to minimize exposure for our staff.
